I there a problem with this body style C class. Seems like no one can lower front low enough on air.

It takes a fair amount of work. Actually, I can't think of any CL203 I've seen that doesn't have crazy reverse rake, mine included. It's a combination of how low the rear fender sits and the strut towers. Nonetheless, this is one of the best examples out there of how to do a CL203 right

I dont know what the fuss about the reverse rake is. BMW's have lower rear arches too, remember?

I think @Jesus Christ is right about the rake, and the biggest thing making the front appear higher is the angle of the rocker covers, they get taller in the rear making it appear to be lower.
