This was one of the first cars to actually take some airbags and modify them for a vehicle designed to go low. Yes, there was air suspension back then, but not aftermarket air setups. Citroens use hydro pneumatic setups.

Before bags, everyone juiced their vehicles, aka hydraulics. That minitruck and all of the trucks before this Accord had hydraulics only.

There were bags in the 60s. It was kind of the "uncool" hydraulics, but they still did it way before the 90s.
