How is that a track car other than the wing?

The wing comes stock on all gt3r's and the car was set up by Otsuka-san*who owns the check shop which is a german car tuning company in japan.

No track car has wheels that big since R-Comps aren't made in rubber band sizes, and even if they were they'd be even more expensive than they already are.

Pretty sure its a car which sees the track and street, hence TRACK CAR.
