Much like Iggy and yourself, my Jetta was involved in so many different accidents that were caused by others, its a joke. I was talking with my dad the other day, and we counted over 10 incidents with my Jetta, only 1 of which was my fault (and it wasn't an accident). But to list the last few... I watched someone with a raised truck back into my car slicing my hood open and nearly missing my one-off front bumper, was at a client's office all day to come out and see that my passenger rear door was bashed in (saw the security footage of the bitch look at the damage then proceed to walk into the bank, and the bank refused to help the situation so I was SOL), and last and best of them all, some douche in a Hummer decided to get high on prescription meds and run a red light doing 50mph just barely missing my drivers door and hitting the rear driver side wheel instead, totaling the car. Mind you my Jetta had over 30k into it (BT, Bags, Custom bodywork up the wazoo, etc.) Here's a picture for reference...Originally posted by NELSON09 View PostAwe man, that SUUUUCKS. I'm sorry to hear about those idiots. My condolences.
I feel you, helps to see it from other's prospective sometimes. My apologies if I struck a nerve. One of my previous rides was the victim of a hit/run while I was inside at work. Fortunately for me some concerned citizens saw the whole thing and the way I found out about it was by a Sherriff walking into our store and asking for me by name. WTF? Walked outside to see the damage and half of my bumper (week old kit) was sitting on the ground. Person ended up not having license/insurance. They didn't want to pay me and had to take them to court, still didn't get a cent out of the POS. I know how situations like that can be touchy subject. So again, my apologies if I offended you man.

But even after all of that, I bought my TT and started doing it all over again, and still drive it on the daily. As I've always said, why waste the money to let it sit in a garage and only enjoy it a few thousand miles a year.

No....really? ::facepalm::Originally posted by Richard_Gud. View Postuhhh...welcome to the past...they've been called saabarus for years..
That wasn't my point. I realize they are called Saabaru's. I almost purchased a 9-3x in the past and my roomate has an '06 STI.....so i'm well aware of whats going on in the Subie world.
I was just saying....its still a Saab. I don't go around calling my Chevy S10 a GMC Sonoma just because they are nearly identical.MB Obsidian Black Metallic Crossfire SRT-6

...I think that THAT'S what the OP meant by post pics of your DD. Madd propps, ride is on point - looks like some spacers up front could take it to a whole other plateau but even without it's spot on. Flows really well and you should be proud of your ride - especially proud of the fact that you drive it everyday in everyday conditions!!!Originally posted by Si3lv5er0Z View Postheres my daily. just picked up a spacer for the rear... soon to be -5
