      1/4" lol. No it's not!

      And ideal is 195/50.

185 will still look goofy. Were those wheels previously on the mk1 haha?

Love the color on the e30, and its a sedan. Get some bigger tires and this car will be tits
            mk1 looks great too.

glad i wasnt the only one about to call shenanigans.

Great looking cars nonetheless, love the colour of that e30.

the wheels were previously on a mk3 golf that another friend of mine owned. if the price werent so good i would have never gotten them, but for tires and wheels for the same price as just wheels would have cost i couldnt pass it up.

And to whoever said wind them down, the fronts are all the way down and the rears have just a 4 inch spring no adjuster. Plus you cant really tell from the pictures but the exhaust constantly drags and the oilpan and subframe are a 1/4 inch off the ground.
What spring rates are you running? Here is how my early model sits with 4.5" 650 rate springs with adjusters. It almost tucks rim with out adjusters. Wheels are 15x7 et 10

not exactly sure about the rear spring rates. the springs were 4" possibly 4.5" springs from a miata that a friend of mine had laying around. they were brand new at the time. i do have both top and bottom spring pads in though, if that would make any difference.

I am guessing you are still running bmw struts up front? Bigger tires will lift the whole car up and if you change to vw struts you can bring the front down a little more and gain some strut travel. at the same time changing the cars rake and maybe help eliminate your exhaust dragging with out changing rear springs at all.

Either way, I like the e30 and rabbit a lot.

ya e30 looks so bad w those tires. you could prob pull off the 165/45 on the mk1 and lower it but never on the e30.

                          looking forward to updated pics.

mk1 - so envious it makes me angry. amazing car - get wide 14s and be legendary.

The Rabbit is awesome but the body work is terrible.
There's nothing left but the shameful clean-up.

just curious, what makes the body work terrible? from what it started as, to what it ended up is ridiculous. it has been fully repainted, and as for body work i really dont see what he did wrong with the body work

the only thing i see wrong is the body panels somewhat seem out of align but this is what the car started from.
