I use an aging Canon EOS 40D, with the following three lenses to shoot my car:
EF 15mm f/2.8 fisheye
EF 50mm f/1.4 USM
EF-L 100mm f/2.8 IS USM
I'm not a fan of flash photography and I don't use any filters (yet). All handheld as well.
I shoot RAW, mostly in Aperture priority, with automatic white balance, then post process in Photoshop (levels, curves, saturation, constrast, unsharp mask, noise ninja if ISO higher than 400 used, shadow & highlights, some burning and dodging, and a bit of cloning to remove various little specs of dirt, small debris, etc...)
Photography is a hobby, and I'm still learning.
Btw, this is what happens when I let my gf borrow the car for half a day

The tire diameter is virtually identical between the front and rear. The small difference in rolling resistance is well within the tolerance for quattro. The extra understeer was dialed out with suspension mods and aggressive wheel alignment. I would definitely not run a staggered setup on a car that would be tracked, this is a daily driver that mostly sees city traffic. Nevertheless, when it's time to rebuild the wheels again (when I get my titanium assembly bolts), I may swap the inner barrels between the front and rear, which would give me a 10" front, 10.5" rear setup (as opposed to 9.5" and 11") that I would run with the same tire spec (275/30-20) on all four corners.

Thanks. I do have another reason to add spacers. To make a nice big lip in the rear, the back spacing is lacking a bit and the spokes are very close to the brake caliper, which is a stock one, so that tells me if I upgrade the rear caliper to anything more substantial (RS5 setup), I will have a clearence issue. A 6~8mm spacer will solve that.
Gave her a wash today:

I am a big fan of step lips, no doubt, especially with the mesh design, but stepping up to 21" would be a little extreme for our roads, and to stay at 20", I would need new centers. Having access to a CNC machine shop, I could cut my own design, but I've never reaserched where to acquire forged 6061-T6 blanks, at reasonable cost. I imagine D2/DPE/HRE/etc... wouldn't be willing to sell me a set of blank discs.
