thank you. that was my point exactly.

people always try to discredit my static drop somehow, just because i'm in FL.

as far as Fkup roads Downtown NYC > Downtown Miami

i just came back from florida 2 weeks ago Tampa Orlando and Miami and seriously compared to much of the US, Florida has the BEST roads, not having snow EVER helps out quite a lot

well u apparently came in this thread for the sole purpose of nitpicking about fl ROADS.

so i just let it be known know what time it really is.

Too bad u don't seem to have any other purpose in this thread other than debating about good/bad roads.

            Are you done yet?

while it's definitely nothing compared my native NY..

in orlando florida there is construction constantly EVERYHWHERE, and business entrances, driveways, railroad crossings, and huge speed bumps are a bitch to deal with and my car teeter totters on them like a See Saw sometimes. If you really think being barely over an 1" off the ground is easy (Anywhere) you got another thing coming. And I don't live in the "nice" parts of orlando either, i live in the hood with all the neglected roads.

If ya'll dont believe me, i openly welcome anyone take a drive with me in [my] car Downtown Miami (pothole city) which has gotten worse, and you'll see how Real shit is.
In fact I actually do think that being over 1" from the ground is VERY easy to drive.

Honestly, i think you shouldnt lower/build your car for anything or anybody except yourself. Of course we all like to get respect from fellow enthusiasts but i wouldnt care too much about it or about getting featured somewhere...

                          Pavel, G535..

i think you guys are misinterpreting what i meant by i'm "trying" to get it featured.

                          Let me clear this up...

I've built my car the way [i] wanted to build it. I didn't just build it for the sole purpose of being "featured" or recognition. I daily my car, and it has the scars and all the extra shit that comes with being driven daily. Its not a garage queen, and i'm not outside wiping it down every 5 mins. And yeah, it has some dents in the rear QP, so what. that stuff can be easily fixed whenever.

I pretty much do the opposite of what anyone tells me that i "should" do with my car, because that's what [i] like. Not to please anyone else.

But what car enthusiast who put his blood, sweat and more blood into his car wouldn't mind or would Like to share his/her cars displayed on a broader scale? My SC had no paint(primer), body looked horrible, busted interior, ect etc. and just looked like complete death when i first got it. I have restored it to its current state and I pride myself in this shit because it's come a loooooong way. if i don't get any feature, i'm still good. My shit still breaks necks too. and most importantly [I] like it. I don't build cars for features...but i've definitely seen cars featured that are of a less caliber than my build so i figure "Why not"?

                          That's it.

Gotcha. Also i didnt really misunderstand you and i can totally relate to the story you have with your car as i did put quite some work into my car as well. And i do think your car is feature worthy! I flipped da funk out when i found a pic of my car on a blog (only time my car was "featured" somewhere...)

But what i was really trying to tell you is that you should ENJOY your car in the first place! My car's sitting hours and hours away from me, i havent driven it in months and i wont get to enjoy it much for another summer which is a real pain in the ass. So fuck features and internet fame, it doesnt really matter.

oh, i agree with you 100% on that.
And i really enjoy driving my SC daily. This shit is all fun/hobby to me.

It's just that there are also people who actually think my car looks good, but wont give me a complement, instead they'll say some stupid condescending shit to me. and its always only over the internet, never at the meets. at the meets people hop on my..

But computers give a lot of bitch niggas heart.

                                Totally agree.
It's amazing how a fraction of an inch can change things up as to having to watch out for things.
