Probably none.

I know a girl with a turbo e36 with intercooler piping sitting about an inch off the ground though. She's planning on raising it though.

Had about an inch of clearance on flat ground with the skid plate.

Now no skid plate and it's about 2.5" of clearance at the oil pan.
