People who get butthurt super easily, also suck.

Not one person was being close-minded or a smart-ass douche. Quiet the opposite if you ask me. We were simply wondering why mini-trucks are so similar and never branch or take inspiration from other styles. But apparently a decent conversation is something that goes over your head and immediately means people are "talking shit."
I'm not one to get butt hurt easily especially over a truck thats not even mine, but it just irritates me when people sit behind a monitor and say douchy comments.

I would never get mad that someone has multiple vehicles, I have four myself.

People that think they're shit don't stink just annoy the fuck out of me.
Dont take my comparison of the truck to furniture as talking shit, and I'm sorry that my comment aggrivated you. Like I said I appreciate the work, and even though I'm not into mini-trucks or the theme style you guys chose to build, I didnt comment on any of that.

If I dipped my entire car in gold and put it in my living room for people to merely look at, its not a car anymore, its a statue. I know you guys built the truck to showcase your shops abilities and its a good example to use to show what youre capible of. The reason I came to this forum is because we all modify our cars to drive in, not just show people.

If you guys drive that thing around on the streets, or like you said make it a weekend cruiser, not just driven in a parking lot or into your showroom, I would be much more impressed.

I'd have no problem telling the owner to his face that his not drivable truck is a piece of furniture or a statue. If I glued a dollar bill to a piece of wood and placed it on my wall, is it still money or is it now art?

As a big truck fan I can get down with this. The front end takes some getting used to but I think it would look better in person.

I've never really understood why minitrucks are such a hard sell around here and some other places.

            I like em dropped.

I like it too. I'm just not a fan of the paint. I can appreciate the amount of work put into it, I'm just not big on designs like that.

I edited it out as soon as I typed it because it wasn't my exact opinion of the truck and was way too harsh. Like I said before, I appreciate the work that went into the truck and like the overall concept, I just don't like how it was executed. I've been into minitrucks since before I could drive. I had a '99 S10 on air when I was 16. I understand the scene that you come from completely. I personally just don't like the way this truck was done.

i find it amusing that people **** on this when it is a full frames detailed show truck.

but you can put a set of wheels on a car and cut the springs with hack guards and stickers and people froth on it.....

I am slowly trying to get some stuff done on my 89 2500. Mostly trying to save as much as possible though, so it won't come together too fast.

I get ya, but to that point the concept of a Stanced car is the same across the board with minor differences here and there. So in that respect I would say the truck styling brings variety to a site like stanceworks.
