the ltw high rise really "made" your car along with the vinyl wrap ofc.

how much would all that vinyl cost +/- professional installment?

havent even thought about updating this… cars going through some other changes. i think i will be taking all the vinyl off and painting the car roughly the same color red. vinyl has just been pissing me off lately. keeps peeling on the bumpers plus i need to smooth out my rear fender arches. going to completely flare them out this year. oh well. gonna be worth it tucking 3.5 inch lips.

well the high rise is back off again, I have two trunk lids. one for the spoiler, one without. both wrapped. I was running 20mm spacers. I've pulled the rear fenders a little more and got them paper thin. I have 15mm spacers in the rear now with a tad bit of camber. also the rears are 17x10.5 now no good pictures yet. but soon my friends.
I have two trunk lids as well, Thats the way to do it!

Very true, didn't think about that. I was speaking more in terms of doing one solid color. Of course if you go cheap and get a single stage paint job from Maaco with shitty prep work, it won't last either. I dunno, pro's and con's for each situation

You said you got all the materials at a bargain for $600, which doesn't really seem like a bargain to me. It's a very difficult, time consuming task and might not adhere in certain areas and imperfections will show if the paint under the wrap isn't a consistent color. Lastly, vinyl wraps are said to only last around 4 years (of course I'm sure there are exceptions). I just don't see how forking out a little more money for a quality paint job that lasts way longer doesn't make more sense in the long run.

I'm not trying to bash on your decision, the car looks amazing and I can appreciate all the work you put into it to make it happen. I also realize that a huge plus to vinyl wraps is being able to preserve the original paint on the car. I just personally don't think a vinyl wrap would be worth it unless materials were under $300 total considering all the downfalls.
