Slide the triple clamps down on the forks and then cut the forks shorter to match the drop (which i haven't gotten around to doing yet). Then in the rear you lower the bike to the height you want it and then weld in your seat stays to make it rigid tail.

I didn't make this thread for people to argue about wearing gear or not. Look at the pictures and if you like the bike then comment on it. If not, leave the thread. I've been riding long enough to know what happens when you don't wear gear. It's my choice as to whether or not i choose to wear it.
