as for the financial scenario, fair play to you for working and having the good taste to build such a great car at only 17. Don't know what insurance runs you over there but here in Scotland at age 23 with a clean driving license and full no claims bonus, my 98 M3 evolution was costing almost 200GBP per month mate. Insurance in the UK is ridiculous.

LOL sparco sprint junior seat bolted straight to the floor. no mounting brackets, no sliders, no sidemounts...just sitting on the floorboard with two solid strips of steel holding it in place LOL.

Love it man. Wish I'd had the ability and good sense to make something like this when I was younger. It's hard to do now that I'm 27, living in an apartment by myself, paying bills/student loans/car note/etc.

props for doing this all before college.. i think ppl forget that some kids in hs are a lot smarter than working at a subway for $8/hour.. for example a buddy of mine strung tennis racquets for the team and local players.. $25 a pop, he could get it done in 15 minutes.. easily making $6-800 a week. That can go a long way if all you're buying is front lips, coilovers and wheels..
