Yup Springfield Stainless Gi model. .45. Ive done a full repolish job as well as polishing the feed ramp and throat and a little trigger work. Added some simple wood grips as well.

Very nice. At some point I'd like to get my pistol permit (NY is a pain). I figure I'll pick up a Glock 19 because 9mm is cheap and easy to learn with. Then I'll look for a 1911. I'm picking up a Remington 870 Wingmaster this weekend. Gonna do some skeet shooting.

Most people love glocks...however I **** their slide fitment and just dislike them in general. I daily carry a Taurus .40 and it is put together so nice never had any problems with it.
