This is my Lancer, got it a year ago and is in a work in progress.
History: I got the car from my mom, she made me a promise when I was a kid that if I did well in high school, she'll get me a car I wanted. Too bad the market went down and this was all she could afford. I've looked at other cars before this one but it was new and she wanted me to drive a semi-new car, not fast and made from japan. I could of got a RSX, Civic, or integra like every Filipino kid I know but my mom knew I loved Evos so we picked up this Lancer, for it looked similar to the Evo X and was affordable. 10k worth. I told my mom we didnt have to get a new-ish car but she insisted cuz I worked hard for it. I could of easily got something else but to my mom it meant a lot that she got the car for me.
Whats on it:
D2 RS coilovers (lowered 4.5" in front and 4" in rear)
HKS CF TI muffler (6 years old, got it from a friend hella cheap)
17x9 XXR 522 with 215/40r17 tires (they're fakes I know)
At the moment i'm deceiding if I should continue putting money into it or not, because I'll be leaving to college this fall and need $$$ for a laptop. I can go lower but I drive all over SF bay area, including Oakland hills, I commute 122 miles a day from work, school, and other activites.
When I first got her, I didn't know much about fitment for wheels and in result I got thin ass wheels from some guy on craigslist and I did it again cuz I thought they were wider but they just had fatter tires.

those were 17x7.0 with 225/45r17 in front and 225/50/r17 in rear

my sis hit me, so i covered it up with 2 bandaid stickers and a canibeat one.
^^hit a high ass curb back at my high school

Anyway slam it, take off the stickers and it'll look alot better.
