Sorry guys I haven't been on in a wile! First thanks for the kind words! I got alot in store of this car still ;-)
The mounts are custom made aluminum both engine and trans cross member.

For the exhaust I used two passanger side headers.. Driver side- passanger header goes forward and across over to passanger side, up at a 45 over the sub fame, down at a 45 the across back to the driver side under the trans, then threw a resonator, then meets the passanger side exhaust with a Y pipe then after the Y pipe is a 2nd resonator then to a flowmater 40 then a nice tip.

The driveshaft is a Bmw 2 peice shaft with a T5 trans yoke welded to the front of it.

Running a carb ends up being a cheaper way to go in the long run but you may run into hood clearance issues. there isnt much space height wise in these cars. If there was i'd soooo do a 351w in here and stroke and bore it to 408ci

Looks legit, did you end moving the mufflers farther back towards the bumper? you should shave the exhaust cutout and run dumps for a nice clean look...

ive always wanted to put a v8 into an e36!

this car is awesome, ive always wanted to build one but didnt know what to use for mounts/headers.

i read that you used custom mounts, but what did you use for headers?

did you have to fabricate a trans crossmember too?

and did you have to get the driveshaft shortened?

any idea when your mounts will be available?

i wont really need the wiring harness since i would go with a carb anyway
