oh yeah, of course they will be molded. in fact, they were already fiberglassed on this morning. its drying now. then its on to another coat of FG, filler, bondo.
so i took a trip down to m1 auto yesterday in el monte (great shop, great guys) he told me that he had some flares laying around so i thought id take a look. the reason i never liked em is because they never had enough "slope" on them. well, i started looking at a set that he said could have been for a corolla or an audi. gave me a price that was super cheap so i said what the hell. to my surprise, they fit. they fit perfect. not too wide at all. really subtle. and make my wheels look aggressive as hell! (which you dont see on too many widebodies. so i think im going to use them. what do you guys think?
first shots of the new wheels that finally arrived to my house. should be some goooood updates this week! ill probably get new tires for the fronts and throw the front tires on the rear wheels. dont see too many aggressive widebodies runnin around. gotta pull em apart and send em off to the powdercoater as well!
got some work done today. finally took out the abs lines. also grinded off the bracket that held the abs module in there. going to pick up my double flare tool right now so i can get all the abs lines situated. also grinded off the screws that held the brackets, gonna continue to smooth em out then sand down the engine bay to get ready for paint!
