Me and my buddy used to drool over your old setup haha. Slammed and wide. This is going to murder that.
Thanks man, its comments like these that keep me pushing.. The new setup should be as wide and just overall more aggressive looking.. And sideways...lol

      • love your OCD level everything it's done properly, I just got to ask how come you don't use a dry sump setup? from what I know ls engines have a small problem with oiling

        keep them updates coming

okay yeah I think I will put another layer in about 3-4 months Its not hard to lay down a clear coat so that is no prb. And yeah def trying to keep this thing dry..

Have you heard anything about hot tires pealing the floor.. Some people told me about that.. whats your thought on that?
that can happen if the layers are too thin or if you put the car in before it completely dries. sounds simple but you wouldnt believe how many garages weve had to redo because the home owners are way too impatient. let it dry a full 24 hours before parking the car or putting any heavy items on it.

I am going to be running a Accusump setup to solve some of the oil issues the LS is known for.

Yeah I totally understand. I wanted 24hrs on each step before moving forward. And garage sat for about a 2 weeks before it saw my car..

This is what I'm running. Without having the $2-$4k for a drysump system, this solves all the oil starvation issues LS engines are known for under high corner loads. Not sure what pan 350's take but mine is the F-body pan. Great craftsmanship and fit on this piece.

Yeah I saw that design and wanted it but I am running the SIKKY pan that they made for the 350z. Their design looks pretty good and has I know their cars are holding up pretty good.. But I will also run the accusump on the side to be safe.

                  • Trying to finish up a few things before the wiring session and final startup..

The STACK gauge cluster is almost done.. just a little more fill and then its on to wrapping it black suede.. Should look pretty good once done.

Also picked up my new Kill switches, love these things. The red one is going to be mounted in side the car so if I do decide to street shark this thing I can look it in the off position. The black one will be mounted in the bay.

So once I complete this To Do list it will be time.. Should not be to long from now.

Also thinking about live streaming the startup .. Who is down for that?!?!

                              • So last night after the family went to bed I got some time to wrap my STACK gauge cluster.

I feel it came out okay, not really happy with the wrap job I did. So most likely going to get it rewrapped by some one that knows how.. LOL

Also this is probably going to be temporary. I do plan on gutting out the OEM cluster and mounting the STACK in there. I think that would be pretty sweet. Might have Toby look at it and see what he can do..
