oldschool audi done right

Its definitely been a while since my last update. Finally got a chance to take some more pics of the car.

I got the rears straightened out for the most part. Got the fenders slightly pulled but i still have some rubbing from my fat tires. I also got my front struts shortened and im using bilstein Mk1 golf shocks. It rides the same as before but the front sits about 1.5 inches lower.

Strut housing tube was removed, cut, and slid back down.


So... onto the current stance.





The last mod will be smaller tires, probably 165/50/15, and then lower the coils another inch... or 2 hehe. Oh yeah and i want to make a custom lip using a b3 passat duck-bill lip.

I was on a Bilstein mk1 front struts but not sure about the fitting, now i am!

My brother and i are trying to find short inserts for his 200 for the front, thats all these cars need to go LOW. CRAZY clearance under the front too!!

Were the rabbit inserts same diameter as the stockers??

Thanks again! no rubbing in the front and only slightly in the back. these tires are too big! Do you know of anyone who could take a few pics of my car? I'd really like to get some legit pics up here.

yeah the rabbit inserts are same diameter as my stock inserts. are the 80 and the 200 diameters the same?

thanks. Yeah i don't even see older Audi's anymore, let alone a lowered one. If you need any measurements let me know. i would be happy to help.
