So here is a small update, I have been driving my self crazy trying to figure out the best way to do the A pillers. So heres what I came up with... Cut a small section out of the middle, heat it up, closes it up, and weld it up.











I will have to change the angle of the window but hey whats one more thing to chop to hell

Do you have any plans for custom windshield? How you're planning to fabricate it?
PS Is that a Rambler in garage?

HAHA it is lol. I Unfortunately I got to that car a little to late. It has really bad frame rot and is buckling. I was going to get custom windows made but it is outrageously expensive. So I am probably going to go the Lexan route and run no side windows.
