    We took the body off the frame,disassembled everything,sprayed gator guard all under the body and epoxy primer on everything else

    It was nice that the S10 had metal inner fender wells,I just had to extend them into the fenders a little

    One of the reasons we went with the S10 chassis is they have sbc conversion kits so they'll bolt right in (kinda)

    We picked up a stock 350 out of truck with 150000 miles on it for 200
    Made 205hp stock,probably makes 100hp now

    The firewall was another pain in the ass,we needed to keep the steering,brake pedal,master cylinder and transmission tunnel in the same location

    I was able to put the gas cap in the stock location and I welded in a 3"X1/4" thick piece of angle to protect the fuel tank while dragging
