    I welded a couple of 16 gauge tabs on the front drag bar to mount the transmission cooler

    Thanks to my father in law and friends for all these mix match gauges-i made the top temporary panel then UPS showed up with my fuel gauge (that I forgot about) so that one went in the trash and I made the lower one and it has more room for more mistakes

    When disassembleing the bottom of the passenger fender was missing,I didn't want to fix it but that's were the mounting holes are that hold it on the car

    Thanks for the complement,if this car was pristine I never would have cut it up but she was and is eaten up with rust and between the rust,the bad motor,missing parts and some parts were missing and the ones that are there aren't in good shape-I was just trying to save it from the scrap yard

    True definition of a build right here! Amazing fab work, I'll definitely be watching the progress. As a Mercedes tech I can appreciate you breathing new life into the 114. I've had the opportunity to work on only one of these and it was a real gem; however the owner was not.
