Man this is cool! Seems like a lot of work has gone into it just to make it low on bags lol.

All bags are in. Line is run, management is set up. Only things left to do...

This picture was mid-day, much more has been completed. Painting the tank whatever color I decide to paint the car.

        - Tire mount

        - Drop fork install (this will be very last, they'll be shipped mid-next week, they're being fabbed as we speak)

        - Reinstall seats (the rest of the interior is actually in.)

        - Chop out strut towers

        - Mock up the 99-00 front end, find a grille for it

        - Build a gauge plate for the gauges. Utilizing the gaping hole in the dash where the pass. air bag was

        - Drag the ground

        - Mock up new quarters, cut things

        - Paint it. We've been doodling on it with sharpies for dayyyys lol.

Are you running bags or air struts? Custom fab? Off she shelf parts? Pics of the bag setup? Thanks.

Honestly, paint is pretty minty. New front end is FBP (EM1 black) and I'm welding in new quarters though, so there goes that.

My air setup is Airlift front and rear struts. Got the fronts used from a buddy, freshly rebuilt from Airlift.

As far as management, I'm not about that pussy buy a kit ish, I pieced it all together. VU4 manifold, basic 7-switch box, two Viair 444c's, and a 5 gal "chubby" 8 port tank. Gauges are just simplistic dual needle gauges and I run a 175 psi pressure switch.

No money to have it done any other way lol. I would be ashamed to say someone aside from myself or good buddies had to modify my personal vehicle.

I've begun the painting process, going with Rustoleum "Smoke Gray," it's a pretty subtle color that has a great shine. Doing a simplistic rattle can job with a 1000 grit wet sand and a cut / buff. Should look pretty damn good.

It's going to be far too glossy to be considered primer. This stuff shines quite well, even before the wet sanding etc.
