All I gotta say is 510s are smog exempt e30's are not I'd love to own an e30 one day or another e36 but I'll most likely pick up a 510 goon for my wife so the whole family can fit lol. The old fart wouldn't budge at 4k, 3.5 would of been nice or 3k would of been perfect I personally felt it was too much for a non runner and then later on finding out he lied about it being non-op and registration being over 1k. But like I said in an earlier post I went on a good day and I got a lady who was cool and chopped it in half after I told her what was up. Funny thing tho after we got the thing back to my buddys shop and went through it we saw a lil note to sell it for 5.5k, I keep it in the glove box as an lol reminder...Originally posted by G_Wheezy View PostBeautiful stuff man. I'm torn between a 510 and an e30 as my next ride.
How much did the old guy sell it to you for if you don't mind me asking?

It'll get better I promiseOriginally posted by fackinsteve View PostThis became way cooler than i thought it would. Nice job man it looks great!
Yea the 17s had to go, I liked how they looked but they were too big for my taste and I couldn't achieve da lowes I was after. I love the look of steelies on a 510 if sized right, not too many guys run them or fit them to their ride properly I'm happy with the reultsOriginally posted by FRANKIBOY27 View Posti wasn't sure where it was going with these 17" rims , but when you pulled the diamond racing and the drop i felt in love

So this is a pic of a style design I made for my car over a yr ago and finally got to achieve it, I'd say I nailed it

So after getting my suspension dialed in I took care of my brakes front and rear, I plan on doing the disc brake conversion for the rear and relocating my hand brake but that probably won't be until next year.
Here's a photodump of pics taken recently out and about and at home...

I'll get better at taking photos I promise, I'd actually like to get a camera and take some hq photos of the ride cell phone pics do no justice....
And last but not least a money shot of duh wheeelz

Nice!
I Kind of feel it needs more special wheels instead of these diamond racings tho.Don&Vlad || SOHK

These are just for now, let me guess your thinking something more old school/rare? I wanted to go that route but finding specific specs were slim to none and I didn't want to run high dollar wheels on my daily with the possible chance of messing them up. These are basic but I styled them differently, and if I just so happen to mess one up I can't get a replacement no problem and I won't cry because they aren't expensive...Originally posted by Vladi View PostNice!

Thanks, I had to do them differently I refused to be just another person with steelies plasti dipped. I want to catch attention with little details and not stand out because fancy big money show car. Yea Dom is good people I actually followed him on Instagram before I actually met him, I ran into him for the first time at C&C in Irvine where they were showcasing some Nissan prototypes (IDx&free flow) that they aren't coming out with. Cool dude and got some big things coming for this yrs sema him and his team are pumping out a lot of projects and showcasing a lot of new products...Originally posted by theseeker411 View PostDamn I love these things. Excellent work man, love the different finish on the steelies. I met Dom once, he's a really cool dude. Definitely looking forward to more progress!

I do understand man, but these cars just look so right on some Hayashi, Impul's or another classic Japanese wheelOriginally posted by r0p0doe View PostThese are just for now, let me guess your thinking something more old school/rare? True, most of the rare old school stuff dosen't come in anything 15in they are mostly 13-14 which is cool but too small for me. A lot of 510 guys think anything bigger than 14 is too big they weren't too keen when I had 17s lol. Also you have to at least run a 14 depending on the specs of the rim for fancy big brake kits which I plan on doing later on down the roadOriginally posted by Vladi View PostI do understand man, but these cars just look so right on some Hayashi, Impul's or another classic Japanese wheel

Right on, unlike the game this isn't an RB powered torque monster that beats anything in it's way and does crazy drifts lol. Swap can and has been done a few times but is very unpractical and makes the car damn near useless throwing the power to weight way off.Originally posted by Dome View PostJust know this car from forza but never saw it on real pics, this thing looks pretty cool
