Again.. You are not involved in anything, and as I said just a post or two up, just wait and see just how much you do not know.. I have avoided nothing and I got banned from the noted discussion when I started posting correspondence the mods didn't like, but there was only about 5 post out of 800 post involving two people who are being taken care of.

You can go on and on, but we have no dealings or involvement with one another, and everything I said there is happening as I said it would no matter your efforts to stop it, so I have become quite the "Keyboard Heisman" dealing with people like you who actually don't know a thing about anything, and how could you when you and I have never had any dealings?. If you have an actual and real personal claim that I don't know about, then please message me the details and it will be addressed also.

Lastly, and should really go a long way to show the disrespect you have for other peoples discussion groups, is you have 2 post on this forum only here only to interrupt this customers build thread that nothing is being promoted, no products discussed, no mention of other line of products, while spewing stuff that you don't first hand know or have anything to do with, so I hope the moderators clean this up and keep this about a cool customer build. Thanks But I do thank you for your comment about the No Doubt about the Mad Skills earlier, and I am sure this customer would rather not have guys like you interrupting his record, but at least you have a compliment.. LOL

"I have not made a lot of people angry, a lot of people say that they are angry that have no involvement like yourself..."

Several members from the "other" site recommended to the affected members to file jointly against you. You do have a $H!+-ton of people ANGRY AT YOU, and I'll agree that not all of them are victims. Given the "financial/economic climate", many simply didn't have the means to legally take you to task themselves. These people work hard so that they can enjoy their hobby of working on their cars.

Not many get to enjoy throwing their car on a track to experience the racing spirit. You're a dream-killer. Other people's money funded your track-time with that 122 and P1800 and they got stroked in return.

You're in it deep son. Go ahead, keep spending someone else's money. If you end up in Club-Fed, you'll have to save your pennies for the purchase of toiletries at the canteen.
18 USC 1343 and who knows what else...God help you if you conspired with others. Post plea-deal...maybe 36-60 months in the can + 3 years supervised release with a Fed anklet as a ball-and-chain + restitution? Actually restitution is something that should have happened already. Federal liquidation of your assets to compensate victims is more likely.

You can continue to minimize this and work that "keyboard-Heisman" routine all you want. You're done and you know it.

No comment about the embezzlement charges, odd.

Nothing to comment there, because that is being dealt with and not as clear as you or others might like to claim, but I guess you have first hand knowledge and know all the details on both sides?.

You've made a lot of people very angry and very eager for you to fail. That's not really a good position to be in.
I have not made a lot of people angry, a lot of people say that they are angry that have no involvement like yourself. We have no dealings, and just like another discussion on another site, out of I believe over 800 post, the actual participation rate of anyone involved was .006 something percent with two people actually involved making like 5 post, while like people like you run off on tangents like "The product never existed" and then "No one has the product, and you need to send build links to customers" (Customer chimed in, and as ignored) "You will never get a company to do what you are saying, and you are full of shit" Oh wait, that has happened also. I even posted where people got their product, refunds, and progress of the new.

Hope those charges stick. Then maybe you can explain to the DA why you can't come up with the $30,000 in fines.

Make it one, large grill and add some sort of "floating" metallic (maybe hole punched) grill so that there's 1.5" spacing between the new fiberglass and the metallic grill-all around- kinda like what OEM's were doing in the late 50s-60s! Beat and shape the metallic grill on the edges so that it takes a rounded, bubble-like look to help with the "floating" feel!

IMHO, the front-end needs something to "anchor" the look-kind of like what you're attempting to do with the rear (muffler, etc). I think that a TVR symbol, or a "Vixen" symbol, in the center of said grill, would set it off.

I really like what you're doing with this!
I am still sorting out the center openings, and will cross that line when I get both corners roughed in properly.. I totally agree with you on the rolled mesh to add dimension, and that is a direction that we were already getting ready to go, because the factory flat mesh looks cheap for sure..

I am going to try to stay with a double opening and fashion the lower opening as separate feature like for an intercooler or oil cooler, but I am not dead set on that yet.. The plan is to add a lot more dimension or bulk to what I would call the center bar of the two opening, and actually add a bit more forward definition to the top part, because we still want it recognizable as a TVR from the front just like the back is still recognizable as a TVR.

I appreciate your detailed insight, and I will post some more updates as the shape of the front end opening starts to take form.

The side marker light near the headlight is also disappearing, so do ignore that mounting relief, because it is going to be smoothed out..

Side note, these lights are hand made true Hid Projector and not the cheap knock off's on eBay, so the 650 dollar budget cost would be a part of the decision on the build, so do you think the difference justifies the cost for the styling factor?

No halos. I can understand the projector for better lighting, but it doesn't fit the look (to me) to have the Halos too

I don't continue as nothing has happened, and if anyone who claims they are familiar knows, I had participated in the discussion until I was removed from the discussion when I started posting details that didn't fit the narrative. I have gone no where, and everything is being done as I have said it would be, and that might be the reason why your legal assumptions haven't moved the direction you are so boldly claiming it will.. Truth be known, you really do not have a clue about the details, or what is or has been done, so that is why this needs to be about the build.

Here is an Example.. It was said that there was never any product at all, it was said that no company would take over the product in a licensing deal. And it was also said when I was claiming that this was the direction things were going, that I was full of shit and making things up, but here it is..

This Tvr build has world-wide magazine/television coverage already being done at the build stage, and will have additional coverage on performance and appearance when completed, but there is nothing being advertised or offered for sale with any type of product, so this is really just a build album for the customer. Now that was addressed, back to the build.
    good.

OT: imho; The headlights would look nice IF it DIDN'T have the angel eyes. Looks way too cheesy. Maybe disconnecting the AE function could make a difference?
