So I'm working on the car when I have time.
I haven't had much time to do the " stance dance " with the car.
However, the 13x8et0 fitment is kind of very aggressive.
I'm not sure how I'm going to go about getting my fitment a little better. It's okay, but I want them in a little closer. I have a few options I can do... I might try to camber the rear with some plastic shims just to get the wheels to tuck a little better. If after -1.5 degrees it doesn't come to my liking..
I'm going to either narrow the rear beam, or take some material off the back of the wheel. There's a little room to work with there.
As for tonight, I'm going to trim the flares slightly on the inside edges, and roll the lips of the front and rear quarters.
Last night was 85 degrees felt like 95 with humidity so I passed on working on her last night.
Found an acceptable ride height, took her for a test ride. Didn't smash the pan or bottom out everywhere I went so that's a good sign.
Not sure if I really dig the wheels on the car anymore.
Cleaned the car yesterday though
Exhaust def has a leak now from where I smashed it test driving the other day.
Also the speedo isn't working from when I pulled the cable to fill it with new fluid.
Always more to fix.
