Yeah, I wanted something a little different, I like the rear of the 335i so went with that style exhaust.
Just bought some clear indicators so they should arrive this week or next.

I've contacted BC Racing who are hopefully going to sort out the knocking NSR damper.

Where does everyone get their Alpina splitters from?

    I like your project.

Also the exhaust looks good, most people go for the quad tips but I like yours!

So, I cut the rear silencers off.

Loved the way it sounded but as I'm off to work at 5.30am on shift, it needed to be quieter.

I now have dual 4" inwardly rolled tailpipes and a pair of stainless silencers to knock it down a touch. The bumper was trimmed also so they don't sit too low under the car.

I've also brought the rear down another 10mm.

I need a wheel alignment now but nobody local can touch low cars

I have also had a bit of a nightmare trying to source an AUX cooling fan, so I bought a used E39 fan and transferred the motor out into the E38 cowling. bumper has been off a few times now as I originally ordered a few non genuine fans which all turned out to be wrong.

Got sick of the missing pixels too so sorted that out.

I was going to Elite Sports and Performance show at J36 tomorrow but it's sold out lol,
Not sure about any others yet due to working a daft shift pattern.

I'd keep the kidneys how they are, they look classier with the chrome imo

I'm only down the road from you really, hopefully see this at some shows this year if you're going to any?

Got the 7er mapped this week, as is a baby 3.5i V8 it's never going to be rapid, but every little bit helps.

So it's gone from around 233bhp 345nm to 255bhp and 370nm. Need to cut the rear boxes off to add a bit of noise.

Can't decide if I want to fit gloss black kidneys though???

Looking good. Knocking is probably your drop links. My BC ones werent short enough so had to cut-shut and sleeve them an inch.

Also to get the BCs anywhere near low enough have to take a load of preload out and youll get here scraping the floor.

Regret selling mine so much now!

That sits bang on perfect now! All it needs now is to colour match the black trim to body colour. It will look even lower around the bottom with the silver instead of black. Trick the eye

    Awesome car dude!
