Ronald turbos are awesome, but rare. Avid1 makes some similar style reps.

found some 15x7 basketweaves on Craigslist, in the process of making a trade so wheels might be coming sooner than expected.

Nah man this thing will clear 17x8s with high offset, I've had them on the car before but needed 8mm spacers to clear the drag links and strut.

I'll be going lower tomorrow actually, turns out the reason I couldn't go lower is because I was already sitting on bumpstops. It'll be interesting to see how low I'm actually supposed to be when I cut the bumpstops in half.

Will have to make some guesses as to how much I can cut so that I will be as low as possible with the bumpstops suspending me above the ground. This will act as a ghetto substitute for stiff spring rates.
After that it may be a while till I can get the British racing green & rattle can job. Also, I'm digging the idea of style 5s but if I can get the funds I would love some Ronal turbos.

I love shitty cars to be honest. Zero fucks given and you drive the piss out of it. Just chop the springs off. The worst that could happen is crappy ride quality, and honestly it was 400 bucks so no major loss.

sounds cool but it'd be hard to pull off. I was thinking of a British racing green #004225

I remember the Escort GT, that was one of my favorite cars. Would be cool if you could score some of those sport seats it came with.
