Well we've had a busy few months with this car! It finally made it's debut at Fueled Society in the UK earlier this month.

The hold up was down to us not being happy with the brackets. We set off using the Jay Marshall kit from BagRiders which for some reason just doesn't seem to work on UK and possibly all European models.

We tried to re-engineer his design and idea for our market but still found far too much bag rubbing/touching body issues so we started from scratch!

We're really pleased with the final results and how it all works. We've designed and created complete new LCA's up front with bag top hats, rear bag brackets and matched it to a customised BC Racing strut kit taken from their E36 platform but with our own custom camber top mounts for direct fit to W201's and shortened rear shock mounts to get a great drop

Anyway, I'll let the pics do the talking and if anyone from the USA is interested in trialling our kit please do give me a shout to sort a deal out

        matt@onlychargeddubs.co.uk

        Front Fully Up -

        Front Fully Down -

You can see the angle the bag sits at isn't great, but when using the OE LCA's with brackets on them the bag twisted far much more and got pushed to rub against the body. It also wanted to rub on the ARB brackets.
From re-doing the LCA's we could bring the bag much lower and give it a better surface to 'roll' against when deflated. For now we're running with no front ARB but we will be looking to bring this in to production too, not that you notice when driving it

        Rear Fully Up -

        Rear Fully Down -

Again we created loads more room for the bag to sit in with no chance of catching anything

Just to add the brackets and parts will all be zinc coated when produced middle of next month. We've found from our other bracket kits that zinc coating lasts and ages much better than powder coating and doesn't make parts larger like powder does making them harder to install or work with.

        And the car!

        The build

        Cheers

I love this soo frickin much. Not quite doncaster, but not far away, but i'll be in stockport mid August and may see if i can leave the other half at her aunts house and come perv on this thing! Also, V6 wise have you considered making a fully RWD b5 audi s4/rs4 v6 biturbo?

I say RWD as the S4 is AWD as im sure you know, so gearbox may be an awkward one!
I am a party pooper. I poop at parties.

OB2s have been available in chrome, bronze, and white for some time now.

Also, the car looks absolutely god-damn amazing. What management did you wind up with?

                      Cheers lads!!

The OB2's are available in white but ours got completely stripped and re-painted in body colour, as the tanks will be come the end of the show season

The management is just a Switchbox set up with the RideTech Big Red that is awesome! Have added on the Zaetech Digigauge and Touchbox as well, both again great bits of kit!

Looking to upgrade to eLevel but retain the BigRed hopefully

The wheels we made ourselves too, all done by the CNC guy I use for other custom parts. First time he'd done anything like it and they came out amazing!!! Then we treated them to the Rotiform step up bubble lips, 16>17's
