Out with one KA and in with another KA

In 2010 i decided to get some wheels..

After the KA blew up, I decided to let the 240 sit for a little and ponder what i would like to do next. She sat for about 2 years and I finally came across a great deal on an SR20DET.

This is how she sat tucked away.

The SR came from a guy local to me and was posted on craigslist. Apparently it was never installed in the states. He was going to throw it into an AE86 but did not want the hassle so i took it off his hands. The motor came with a tranny, 2 wiring harnesses, aftermarket manifold and the ECU. Only part i had to source was a MAF.

Before throwing the motor together and installing into the 240sx I knew i wanted to dress it up a bit. So i had a few pieces powdered.

Next I just wanted some change.. so i decided to wrap my car flat white. I did not like this and quickly removed it. Also i borrowed a buddies wheels for a little while until i could figure out what i wanted to do.

This next post is the final update to date. I dont have much in between except buying Rotiform NUEs, getting a retro recaro seat, OEM Kouki skirts, Grip Royal pink wheel and plastidipping my car, which was another mistake on my part and will soon be painted.
