    started a topic 1992 Mercedes 300e

    1992 Mercedes 300e

    Hello all!

I am a little bit late on the build thread but i will try my hardest to keep this in chronological order.
Thank you for viewing and i appreciate all input on my build.

This is my 1992 Mercedes 300e and my take on an Air Ride build. PS. sorry about the phone pics. i really need to dust off my camera. stay tuned!

I purchased my Mercedes December 2013 with 9x,xxx miles on her and so it begins..

The very first pictures i have of my 300e.
The 300 spent most of its life in Florida at a second home for an older couple.

The day i went and picked up the 300. I was super excited. A very good friend of mine, Milosz from NJ found the car for me and we went from there!

The very first real camera picture i have before any modifications were performed.

The very first modification was ordering original Euro headlights straight from Europe. They came with headlights, corners, wiper delete plates, and the headlight switch with leveling.

The next mod was adding a euro plate and a Knot from Junction Produce that my girlfriend got for me. Also painted the grille black.

Next i started gathering parts for Air Ride, This was the plan all along.

    Dang salt all over PA

The Start of my wood floor in the trunk.

Getting everything aligned how i wanted it.

Fitting the R129 front strut mounts.

The Bags being set up and put in place. The bracket kit was provided VIA Jay Marshall @Jaymarshall on IG

    Onward to wiring.

    Digi Gauge and Head Unit.

Hole cut to feed controller wires through.

    Ford Ranger rear struts.

My very first attempt with Hard Lines

    Air Installed

Messing around with my buddies Audi wheels.

    Skid plate VIA Skidplateguy

Revived my bumpers and coated the euro plate.

Found a stock one to compare.
