So my brother is deploying for a little while so i can home this weekend to see him and get some time in the shop and get my car ready for h2bro. I ordered tires from Discount tire direct again and they rock like usual. Just make sure your tires meet the weight and speed requirement of your car. I bought 2 GT radial UHP1 and love them Its a 205/40/17 on a 17x9. I picked up another set of style 66's so I'm running 9 square and like it a lot. in the rear I'm running NS-20's and i still **** them lol.

This is the front with the gt radials

In a typical retard fashion.. I blew another axle out.... but it has a life time warranty so it was free, 30 mins later i was back on the road. These new tires and wheels have changed the ride hight so i need to bring it down. I changed my temp sensor and the car is running better than ever. He's some more pcis including my new distraction

This is my 3rd daily with a welded diff, I really don't mind it a single bit. You just get used to it. Granted I wouldn't weld the diff in my S class.

Well I bought another set of Style 66's so I can run 9's square. Tires have been ordered should be here tomorrow afternoon. Didn't know what to buy so I bought 2 GT radial uhp's and 2 poop-kang ns20's. I wanted 4 GT RADIALS but they only had 2 in stock. Ill post pics tomorrow when I get it all mounted up.

I probably should have updated this a long time ago lol..

So I was just kinda enjoying the car and then the inevitable happened. I was driving at night in the rain, and my phone went off and I looked down at it and when I looked at the road this was in the way

So that ended up leaving me dead in the water and it cracked the pan up pretty good. I got it welded up by the best shop around but it still has some slight leaks. It sucks but I mean nobodies perfect.

So after that the car was running great, I had no complaints, the clutch was broken all the way in, I went through some tires. By far my favorite tires where Sumitomo htr a01 but of course they got discontinued. I switched to nankang NS20... I **** them, they wear quickly, the sidewalls are soft and the just feel greasy. But what do you expect for $47 each lol.

Then I broke an axle.. Welded diff and 166k took its toll I guess

Then I totally ruined my fender somehow. Probably backing up.

I broke another axle same side same way. Im breaking the actual shafts not the CV joints, I'm starting to believe that my rear trailing arm bushings are just so shot that they are allowing to much movement and its stressing the axles to the point that they are snapping. So Powerflex bushings are going to be ordered soon to help that out and ill mod my toe adjusters while I'm in there.

Then i made an exhaust after 4k miles of a cut off muffler lol my air filter was literally destroyed so i wasted $50 on a new one

Sooo that brings us up to date. Im back at school, working to hopefully grab another set of tires and bushings before H20i so i can make it down there safe. Here some pictures that make the car look pretty

this is the best I have at the moment (I'm at school) but I think I ordered 78mm that where on sale because they were cosmetically damaged but the ones I received were perfect lol. So 78mm studs can take up to a 20mm spacer but this picture is my rear wheel with a 12mm spacer and they are flush with the wheel holes

Cars looking great tho. Oh if you check out understeer.com they have some cool cheap projects like wrapping the selector shaft thing with copper solder and tape to make it heavier instead of spending a lot on an upgraded one. I deff need to do all my bushings tho shifter is kind of sloppy.
stud install was a piece of cake. and I love it so much. Make an offer on the vader bro I'm just trying to get them out of my bed room haha
