    Good Evening Everyone,

Well I finished boxing up the parts and put the block away.

Finished the fuel line today. Will probably end up changing it (not happy with it). However, it will get the job done for the first start. Finished up the oil lines for the bay and wires. Will do the front lines tomorrow.

Now for the fun... I went ahead and put the driver seat in to check if I would have any issues... Well guess what... I do.. Besides that my fat @$$ can't fit in the car. lol. The seat is touching the tunnel on the right side and my knee about hits the shifter. The seat won't go any further back either. This confirms that I will need new seats that sit lower and will got further back (may not use original mounting points).

As you can tell, I really don't have to reach for the shifter. The type of shifter I'm using doesn't really have huge throws either.

I decided to hook the fogs up and check all the lights. Looks like everything is good. I haven't decided if i'll switch the main lights to HIDS.

    Thanks,

    Good evening,

Removed all the internals out of the engine (just a naked block now). Got the line done for the catch can and finishing up the oil lines. Will need to make a fuel line from the regulator to the carb. I need more adel clamps. Lol.

    Thanks,

    Good evening everyone,

Today I drove south to pick up another motor. Grabbed a b230f LH 2.4. I plan use it for a turbo setup. This isn't going in right away. This will just be something I'm going to build on the side.

Got the timing done, clip back in and car on the ground.

    Afternoon everyone,

Worked on the interior some more. Very happy with it so far.

Cigar of choice this afternoon: Gurhka Cellar Reserve (aged 12 years).

    Good evening everyone,

Did some more work on the car today. Focused on the floor. Not done, but you get the idea.

    Evening everyone,

Well I worked on the car some more. Doing all these little projects that keep adding up.

Well before doing anything, need a good cigar.

Mounted the regulator and rerouted the main fuel line. Need -6AN fitting to finish.

Painted part of the tunnel. Will finish the rest this week.

Cut part of the tunnel to make a removable plate for the shifter.

    Evening everyone,

Removed the front cross member to gain access to the pan. Had loosen the oil pump to pull out the dizzy drive gear. Got the timing fixed this evening. Will put it back together this weekend or next week (waiting on a new oil pan gasket).

Got my hands on a free starter. Will put that in this weekend. Nothing wrong with the old one, but it's new and painted... So why not...

Will start working on the interior tomorrow.

    Thanks,

    Afternoon everyone,

Tried to start the Volvo this weekend. Wasn't successful, but we had fun. We're still working on her. We believe it's timing related.

Switch the car over the a electronic pump (had trouble getting fuel to the carb).

Things are temporarily setup to just get the car running and trouble shooting. Will redo and move things once the car is running.

    Second attempt:

I want to clarify that I'm by no means a professional as you can tell. This is a LEARNING experience for me. Lol.

    Thanks,

    Evening Everyone,

The car was dropped of this weekend at a coworkers place to weld up the tunnel. As you can see, she won't be alone

    What's that in the background?
