I don't understand anything on this picture . But hey, good build man!
I'm not into the whole wiring thing myself. I understand it just fine, just not my cup of tea. This is definitely the simplest wiring diagram I've ever used.
hey do you need any odd pieces? i have a set of doors with the fly windows, a lot of hvac pieces. early model us bumpers. lots of wiring from the whole car. i have a good om615 and 4spd manual. lots of other parts, also a straight trunk, it has some surface rust though.

it really is, especially when you realize how little of the wiring is required to make one of these run.

Actually yes! I need a straight trunk, manual transmission and the early model front doors. PM me what you're looking to get for those and where you're located.
The valve cover had a lot of pitting that had to be removed, so I had to go all the way down to 320 grit. I also want to remove the rest of the casting marks, so I may use a hand file as well to carefully smooth those out.
First off great project can't wait to see it completed. I had just acquired a 75 300D and I plan on buying all my air ride soon have a good idea of what I want to do but do you have any tips. Also what suspension are you on thanks

I'm currently just on cut springs with no helper bags in for now. I'll be starting my full bag setup soon though. It looks like a fairly easy setup to do, just need to weld up some brackets that offset the bag a little bit away from the shock from what I've seen in other's build threads.
I try to start with 600 grit paper by hand to start cleaning up the aluminum, but the valve cover had a lot of pitting and had to be started at 320 in some areas. If there's a lot of gunk on it, I use the abrasive finishing wheel on the dremel to clean it up before I do any sanding too.
After the 600 grit wet sand finish I move to 1000 wet, 1500 wet, 2000 wet, 2000 dry, then hit it with white diamond polish and blue magic afterwards.
For the really tight spots like around the star and lettering I'll hit it with some more polish with a cloth polishing wheel on the dremel.
