So I've been slowly doing small things to the car . Mostly cleaning and painting trim , haven't documented much of that , but here's what's happened .
Got my euros in after waiting almost a month . Couldn't be happier

As soon as I got home I installed them , messed with the wiring a bit a painted the surrounds with Duplicolor trim paint . looks brand new.

a week later I got my Lamin-x in . Its not everybody's cup of tea. But its my tea and I like it .

You may not have seen it , but the previous owner thought it would be "cool" to paint the license plate recess with Black paint.looked ok , but not my cup of tea. So I pulled out some acetone and went to work . hit it with some good old Griots Polish and wax with Griots Polisher. Actually showed me that most of the paint on the car can be re-freshed! Sorry pic's suck . Please excuse the nasty ass trunk , Its full of bbs centers
Also picked up my New plate . One of the Pluses to owning an older car

And for the good stuff. ( I will be using my DSLR from now on . I promise )
RS centers are back from Spintech and I got NOS BBS valve stems and caps . More shit for little punks to steal off my car.

Starting on the lips and barrels this week , ill be documenting that along with whatever else I can . Need to get to work on a few "maintenance"items too

You should be able to fit that easy with a little pull.
    Ok gotcha thanks !
I noticed your on Federal 595's aren't you ? Just asking cause I know they run big , maybe running a different brand up front will help with the rubbing ? Then again , rubbing is all part of the nature of slamming our cars haha

I had no clue you were on 16's for some reason I thought the wheels you were on were 17's . I'm even more impressed . Whats your offsets ? Mine will be -4 on a 10" . I guess that's why I'm thinking 195's and max the camber plates out ?

Patrick Sent me a picture of my Rs's finally .
Hard to tell honestly but I'm not hard to please . Looks good to me !

And here is the Skit plate installed. If your low and have an e28, buy one. Lost 0 ground clearance . Best plate design by far . Keep in mind , I'm no where as low as its going to be, just sitting on lame cut springs and 17's . Still gives me tons of room to go lower

Its been a while. I haven't done too much to the car , both because I've been a lazy ass and I've been hoarding parts. Kind of want to get all the parts on the car at the same time .
Finally got an exhaust made. Here's a shitty picture, ill get another soon . Happy with it, going for sort of a Dtm style .

Anyways, here's a little bit of a sneak peak of what's been acquired so far.

Finished on breaking down the wheels , broke down my buddies Epsilons too . Sent them out to spintech because he's the only guy ill trust to do the correct job.

Patrick sent me these photos about a week ago .

And just yesterday , he sent me a sneak peak of my buddies wheels . We chose to do the same color . 3 stage PC in metallic silver. Guess I should get to work on my lips !

So In the mean time , I found some sport seats , and purchased a momo indy because I now have an obsession with steering wheels. Trying to find a momo center too btw.

So for ever I've been looking for an e28 Heckblende. Nobody has one and nobody runs them so I have had a hard time finding one. So I made connections with some guys in the U.K and bought two of them . One for me and one for a buddy with a full euro grey market 528. Excited to be the only known two guys in the united states with them. I started stripping mine and I'm going to get custom bmw letters that match the original design.

Also ordered another skid plate. Hopefully this one doesn't bend so easily. The Oem one I waited 2 months to get from Germany lasted about a week. Damn thing hung down too low and bent a bit from impact with a man hole cover. bent it back and sent it to a guy in the Midwest . Hopefully it suits him well .

Also Found a great Deal ( IMHO ) on ebay. 400 shipped for a set of Euros that have been polished / PC is a great deal to me . Still waiting for these to show up . Currently in transit from Poland

So while I've been waiting I finished the Epsilons . Sold them to a cool guy on the east coast for a deal . He's putting them on a Volvo Amazon 122. Super excited to see them go to a clean car. Not sure if he's on the site. If I get pictures I'll put them up for sure .

Also Picked these up for a new project I have . I will be starting a build for that . more a mild build since its a clean car that doesn't need a whole lot. Its a classic Mercedes S class, Full grey market

So next time I update the thread I hope to actually have pictures of parts INSTALLED and not just sitting on the floor looking pretty, I apologize for the lack of ''work", please hang in there , It will all be worth it!
Still waiting for My coilovers , I'm having broadway static build me a set with 1,000lb rates out back and 900lb up front . Planning on going low , super low. I want to be one of the few guys that run 16" wheels , and I want to pull it off well .
That brings me to my next question ... Tire size. Part of me wants to play it safe and go with 205/45's on my Rs's . 16x10 will give it a nice look . But Part of me wants to go with 195/50's for a taller tire with pretty much the same similar stretch . with the 195/50's ill be able to tuck tire and still have a usable subframe to ground height.
    Any thoughts are appreciated .
