18" x 11.5" -40 (rear) and -15 (front) BBS E88 will clear, BBS already confirmed with the measurements

I might be able to dial in some more offset once I get the centers on

Very cool. I have those same Z34 rotors for the front - are you also getting Z1's 350mm rear Z34 rotors?

Going to get the Z1 rears soon and the rear calipers will be 4 pot Brembo's of an SRT8.

What kind of settings are you on tig? 3-4sec preflow? and 6-7 post flow? flux or burging?

Been thinking of testing some titanium exhaust work myself, i got couple friends that are interested aswell :P altho its quite hard to get titanium piping..

Good work on the car! cool valvecovers!

not using any pre flow and a 4 second post flow, back purge a must Weld amperage based on 1 amp per thousand of an inch so .040" = 40 amps.

The hardest part is cutting and fitting the pie cuts, there has to be zero gap or you will burn through.

I tought you need preflow for good titanium welds and quite long post flow, altho the welds seems to have been bit hot when post flow ended. (not a pro tho..)

Anyway found website that sells lasercut pie cuts..

The premier supplier and manufacturer of titanium tubing, titanium mandrel bends, flanges, and components for titanium fabrication(exhaust intake custom).

Might be quite ok todo exhaust with those ready piecuts, only thing would be cutting the straight parts
