Update:

Finally got a driver side fender so hopefully should be painting and slapping that on soon. I ordered a Forged Racing civic radiator to free up space in the bay and cool more.

Also got the standalone computer in and will start tuning.

I like this a lot! It looks exceptionally well put together.

Finally got megasquirt installed and running. I mounted it in the glove box so it's out of the way of anything and it's incognito but still easy to access when tuning. Most of the wires that need to go to the engine bay are run behind the fender along side the factory harness on the driver side of the car to "wire tuck" the megasquirt harness.
