Right, I had the rear spring out again today trying to get the other bit of the adjuster out... Seems to be stuck on there nice and firm :/ And because the adjusters at the top I can't see very clearly either. Is it just the case of taking out the rubber thing using force or is there anything in the way... I can't remember off the top of my head and had a bit of a blonde moment so put it all back together.
Anyway, I put 15mm Spacers on the front... to make the final ET at the front ET20.
Washed, clayed and then waxed the car (AG Shampoo, Chem Guys med clay, Collinite 476) BUT annoyingly, like always I used way too much wax. So after it has hazed over buffing off was a mission. When applying you don't realise how little you need lol. Got there in the end though - got arms the size of arnies lol.
Everyone loves pictures, and I have lots -
I know the mismatched rear tires look crap. When they need changing I'll get matching with the fronts. Until then I'll just let my OCD eat me from the inside.
Let me know what you guys think
I picked up the families Digital Camera, a Nikon P500. I think I want a half decent DSLR Camera now.
Well the intentions for this next is to get some 15mm Spacers for the front, roll the rear arches and go lower all! Rears I want to take the rear adjusters out, and at the front It depends on how much arch clearance I have with the spacers... Because the helpers are still in so got fair bit of room to go down still at the front.
Also want to do my headlights soon, Morimoto Bi Xenon Projectors to replace the reflectors... and everything sprayed in black for that mean look
Hi guys, been a reader on here for a while. Now that my cars starting to take shape I thought I'll get some pics up
Then this happened
It stayed lowered like this on the MV1's for a little while...
The I got new wheels...
Keskin KT1
F 18x8.5 ET35
R 18x10 ET35
At first I ran them with my factory size tires so
F 225/40/18
R 255/35/18
Then this week, I got new tires for the fronts, and used the existing fronts for the rears
So now its
F 205/35/18
R 225/40/18
Next plans are
15mm Spacers at the front
Front Helper Spring taken out and see how low I can get before I think about camber plates lol.
Rear arch work to allow the adjuster to be taken out (And some slightly more neg camber)
Headlight mod (Bi-Xenon Morimoto Projectors)
