  • 1997' Nissan Bluebuebird Altima (u13)

My name is Chris an this is my build. I picked
up my u13 on April 17, 2014 bone stock from an
old man up in N.J with only 100,000 miles on it.
It was very clean plus he had all receipts for anything
    maintenance wise.
This was the day I picked it up.

Same day I picked it up, washed & waxed it an decided
to amber wrap the turn signals.

So one week into owning the U13 I decided to go hard
an dropped more than enough money on ordered parts,
from performance parts, to cosmetics, & suspension parts.
All my parts arrived later that week.

    Weapon-R Dragon Cold Air Intake

Megan Racing Street Series Coilovers w/ Camber Plates

    OEM Fog Light Assemblies

    JDM Clear Corner Markers

Moog Sway Link w/ Energy Suspension bushings.
(Also Moog Ball Joints an Axles - Not Pictured)

    Saber Strut Bar

    Neo chrome Lug Nuts

    Accord Si-R Lip

    Indigo Glow Gauges

    Accord Rear Lip minus mid-section

93' U13 Grille, Jdm Black Bezel headlights, Kinetic Drilled & Slotted Rotors w/ Ceramic Pads

    Puttin in work

    Glow Gauges Installed

How they light up at night

Wrapped the fog lights in yellow tint wrap

Added a Wink Mirror, Neo Chrome Shiter Handle, Ralco Rz Short
Shifter, & a Dragon Gauge Volts Gauge w/Pod

The Interior Is pretty much complete

Almost all together. Had to do some more tweeks on it.

All I had to was dial in on my suspension
    to go lower.

Dialed in on the suspension an these are the results

At this Point (a little bit over a month) I was pretty satisfied but
I started to get tired of the Si-R lip & I deff wanted to go lower.
So I ordered better looking lip that flows much better with
my cars setup. I picked up a Zenki Lip which needed no modifications to fit.
The results are as shown. Also lowered more in the front an rear.

So this is how she sits for now an am very proud of how much its
changed in the short amount of time ive owned it.

So the next plans for it are were to buy new wheels.
Found the set I wanted an ordered them.

    Wheel Specs:
    Make: Avid.1
    Model: AV-12
    Size: 16x8
    Offset: +25
    Lip Size: 2.75 inches

    Tire Specs:
    Make: Dunlop
    Model: Direzza DZ-101
    Size: 205/50 r16

Wheels came in an I mounted them up.
    Fell in love

    Mounted & Balanced.
Has a slight stretch to clear my fenders.

Was rubbing a bit in the rear an a bit in the front,
so I re-adjusted my camber specs

    Front: -2.5 Degrees / Rear: -3.5 Degrees

Also re-adjusted my coilovers. Lowered her
exactly where I want her to sit

Next plans for it will be to run 16x9's all around
    on my 205/50 r16's

Car looks on point mane. I would suggest to look into painting the lip to the body color.

Ahh, the Weapon-R cone filter. Reminds me of my Nissan days so long ago... *sniff*

I agree with painting the lip. I'd also be tempted to shave those side markers on your lower front fenders. You've got a lot of lenses going on up there, and they're all different colors.

Nice to see a U13 getting some love. Now boost that KA!

Did you happen to drive this to road Atlanta during drift Atlanta?

If not, you have a twin

                  Looks good though

Nice man. My first car was a Nissan Bluebird Attessa U13 (JDM version) Had an sr20det, and was AWD.
Definitely not as tidy as yours though. Yours looks epic!

                          11/25/2014 Update Part.1 *Pic Heavy*

Changed up my Bluebird a lot since
my last post. Everything is coming along
how I have planned it an am stoked.

After a lot of researching I figured out a set of skirts
that would work for me. With a bit of trimming it mounted up
with no issues. I also did some test fitting with the OEM Wing
an I liked the results I saw. An once again I readjusted my
                          coilovers to go lower.

Couldn't get my OEM Wing on in time for Cars & Coffee: Steel Stacks
                          but still held it down.

Couple days later my OBX-R Header & Exhaust arrived and I installed it all.
Also cleaned my engine bay a bit an repainted my valve cover. Left the letters
                          in polished aluminum.

Then began the trip to Ocean City, MD for H2oi

Right before leaving I decided to clean up the
front end on the U13 a bit. Took off the amber wrap
an did a black smoke wrap instead. Car looks so much
                          meaner than before.

An the long awaited Rolling Shot on my way to H2oi.
Thanks to my boy Cody G.

Sucks that my homie forgot his charger an i left
my camera, but had a blast at H2oi

A few months after this I rolled out to the 7th Annual Nissan Year End Meet.
The turnout was beyond awesome & the people were great.

Gotta upload the rest of my pics.
Stay tuned for Part 2 of my update

                            11/25/2014 Part 2 *Update*

Got tired of the wheels I had on. Needed a change. Plus I wanted
wider wheels anyway. Ordered my new set of 16x9 +15mm wheels in
Gunmetal. Turnt out great. Next season am adding more Negative Camber
(Around -6 Degrees) & going lower on either a KSport Bag Kit or D2 Coilovers.
Am also gonna drop down to 40 series ties from the 50 series I have on now.
For the moment am happy with the progress & transformation.

                            Test Fitting: F. Camber: -3 degrees / R. Camber: -4 degrees

                            Mounting & Balancing

                            That Concave

                            Mounted Up

                            Fitted

                            Bath Time

                            Tailored

Currently in my winter mode. Till next season.

+1, This is really nice man. I love how everything looks (especially your front lip) with the exception of those side skirts and those headlights. That last picture of your car is amazing though haha.
