I'm honestly surprised this isn't seeing more attention. The car looks super clean and I'm envious of your paint & welding connections/skills. Definitely inspiring stuff!

Thanks you, but it's not me who paint and weld, it's a professionnal,

I only try to do a caliper plate. I keep the E36 compact caliper in original location, but i need a steel piece to add a second caliper, only for handbrake. Not welding on the arm, only fix it with the screws of the first. Yes i know it's light, but only for parking and emergency braking, so i hope i never will use

          News :

Impossible to finish the front train, because i don't have the front camber plate for E30, mine is for E36.

But but but, (i don't know the name of this part !) i'ts reinforced and painted !

          Under the motor mount

And the fixation of the motor mount

          That's all for today !

          See ya' !

                    Small update today.

The steering rack from E36 is now in painting.
All hoses were dismantled and rebuilt.
Also, i've take all the dimensions to do spacerfor mounting the e36 rack in the e30 bracket, and a spacer for more steering angle. Now it's in the CNC machine.

                    Before :

                    After :

                    Who need clutch ?

                    1 set for the E34, stock 228mm, 1 set with driftwork flywheels for the E30 and 240mm m3 3.2, and a m3 E30 228mm disc for the E36 compact.

It's the time to remplace the clutch and flywheel !

                          Old 228mm

                          New lightweight flywheel, from driftworks

                          And new clutch from M3 3.2 240mm

But, i find a broken parts... This little shit in plastic at the extremity...
