Update: Some stuff has gone on. Not much, but whatever.

I was wrong on the specs of the HRE wheels that i have been running. I thought i was running 18x11 et47 rears. LOL. Turns out, after actually measuring, they are 18x11 et38, which was confirmed by HRE that is an aggressive wheel for a widebody car. That pic on the last page of the test fit with the spacer resulted in 18x11 et23, numbers that will make a purist **** me, lol.

Mocked up some 18" OZ Futura faces to my HRE's. If only they weren't so hard to find in 5x130, 18", and wide

Then this happened, I bought these tires brand new 3k mile ago -_-

Which resulted in the stocks going on. Going to rock these until my new wheels are ready. But shh, thats a secret

Just check the IMS when you need to replace the clutch, and you'll be fine.

That being said, the most reliable 996 you can buy is a Turbo. Even C4S's have problems with clyinder wear, which requires a rebuild.

There's a bunch of people saying this and that about the M96 motor. Change the oil every 3-5k miles and you'll be fine.

My photographer buddy took some nice pics of the car a few weeks back

Here is a more close-up shot of the fitment (only temporary, I will dial it in perfectly with stretch all around on the next set of wheels)

Parked next to the second toy, '76 w115 240d. (sorry for the quality, lol)

Finally freed up some time to be able to buff out the headlights

I don't know the offsets because they have been worn off but I am almost positive the rears are 18x11 et47, after the 15mm spacer will be 18x11 et32. However, I still have not gotten around to trimming my rear bumper so the spacers aren't on just yet.
