Took the car from AZ to CA for wekfest LA. Made it there and back with the only problem being that the front passenger corner decided it didn't want to keep air in the bag for more than 30 seconds. Replumbed some of the airride and the problem seems to be sorted out now.

I guess it's about time for a "mid 2015" update.
I'll start it out with the addition of a '04 forester xt 5 speed 2.5t. Purchased with a couple of "mods" like a short shifter and resonator delete.

Purchased stock STI suspension with lowering springs for dirt cheap from a friend. Made it a lot better on the eyes and still served it purpose as a nice daily driver/corgi hauler.

Installed a NRG hub and quick release setup. Slapped the 350 wood nardi on top.

At this point I sold the bag setup off of the white s2000 and waited to receive coilovers so these could go on.

After a couple weeks a set of bc racing coilovers with swift springs arrived. Spring rates were 24k and 22k and the struts were valved accordingly.

Wheels were put on and then the coils were adjusted after taking this photo.

A couple of photos once I drove it around on coils after being on air for quite some time.

I was unhappy with 17's in the front once the car was on coilovers again so I purchased a pair of cosmis racing wheels.

Took it to the stance dyno for its first real alignment in all of the years in my ownership.

      On the ground once again.

It sat in the garage like this for a while. A long while.

A few months ago a friend of a friend of someone I knew sent me a random text asking if I knew anyone looking to buy a wrecked s2000. I was interested in the motor and tranny so I told him I would come take a look and I ended up leaving with the car.

The car I purchased was a 2001 s2000 with less than half of the miles as my original white one. Car needed a new bash bar, knuckle, and quite a few other things that were damaged in its accident.

The white car was used as a donor car to build the yellow one into something new. A friend mentioned buying it from me once I had taken everything I needed off of it so he slowly purchased almost everything for it that I had taken off. He was able to track down everything needed to drive it home and it was on its way. The picture is the new owner as he was finished getting everything necessary to take it.

Where the yellow one sat (and is still sitting) for a while after the coilovers, steering wheel, bumper, and a set of wheels were swapped on.

Tracked down one of my all time favorite wheels. AVS model 5's in 18x9.

Test fitted. Saved the fenders from the other car along with bumpers and essentially every other body panel.

Took the dash out to replace with one that didn't have a giant hole cut out to fit a double din radio thing.

Removed asm overfenders to trim them down and to cut more of the quarter panel. This is how they looked with the final amount of clearance needed.

The next thing in the list is to wire up an ap2 cluster into the ap1 body harness. The previous owner sold the cluster and cut the wire so it is bound to be a task and a half.

I love this. Your decision making is legit on point. The way your going about your yellow s2k makes it seem so simple. It's just flowing my dude. It's thus an entertaining build. Ps I followed you on da gram, and lastly you shark mouth on your old s2k was hammers. I liked it. Super fitting to me boss.

not sure why building the yellow one was an easier option then just swapping the engine, but in for more update. you're actually not too bad with the shark mouth.. although it reminds me more of this dude:
