  • Ruined Honda S2000

Hi my name is brent and I guess it's time to post some pictures of my 01 s2000. I have pretty much figured out how to ruin a nice car, but I love it and will try to make it nice again in the near future.
    TONS OF PICTURES! BEWARE!

    I'll start at the beginning.
I purchased my 2001 s2000 from the second owner in the beginning of 2013. Car was completely stock minus the addition of a head unit for sweet iPod tunes.

Ordered ksport coils from a friend on the drive home and had them installed the weekend after. Installed 17" mb battles off of my old civic si.

Took it to a show the following weekend and bacon'd the fender :/

Setup stayed the same for a little, but I decided to change the wheel color. Powdercoated two white and two Tiffany blue. Also installed seats and rails.

    Lowered it

Installed a Mugen rep hardtop, greddy single exhaust, berks test, rollbar, and Megan header.

Picked up equip 01's. Had to raise it.

It stayed the same for a while without much changed. After a couple months I joined the dark side..

Installed ksport air struts, electronic valves, 5 gal tank, and a 480cc compressor. Looked awesome layed out on the ground for the first time. The rear struts didn't allow it to completely lay, but it took a little to find a solution to that problem.

I was very happy with how it looked when it was finally on air.

Decided it was time to color match the hardtop and lip so I got my fenders widened while things were already getting painted. Had the rest of the car also repainted, but went a shade darker than the ap1 silverstone.

Took the car to California for Wekfest LA.

After wekfest I started to get bored of the car and started parting things out. Small things got sold and the cf hardtop was traded for a cheaper one plus $ which eventually got sold. Car got backed into while was stopped at a red light. Guy in a silverado claimed that I was too low and he couldn't see me while he backed up (at a red light) to get into the turn lane. Insurance paid for a new bumper and hood.

Got tired of the black bumper so I spray painted a WWII-ish bomber plane shark mouth on it.

Installed side diffusers and figured out how to get the ass as low as the front. Looks so much better IMO.

Bought some 18" ark design wheels to roll on while I took the equips apart to hand polish.

Finished the equips and put them back on.

Got tired of looking at hood being a different color so the car went through a color change. Shortly after getting it back from paint I lost the rear bumper on the highway. Haha

Picked up some 17" blitz 01's

A tow truck driver messed the front bumper up so I sanded it down to bare plastic and painted another shark mouth on it.

Got some 17" bbs style 5's.

Didn't like the bbs' on the car at all so I picked up a brand new set of rpf1's.

...and also put the rear bumper on. Finally.

So that's pretty much where the car is now. Back to having mismatched paint and too many ideas in my head to be able to complete. It will be going through a color change (hopefully the final one) and will have some parts purchased and installed as soon as I can. It's different. I like your attitude towards the car, and I like that. The Equips looked great!

Not a fan of the shark mouth although I give you props for being different. Please make it one solid color lol.

Both the style 5's and the RPF1's looked amazing on it! Keep it going. Ruined for life!
