Finally back. My "hakosuka"

Finally got a car to stick with. Got my RA24 76' Celica Coupe GT. I know the title says "hakosuka" reason behind it lol. Is because all the scene kids who only know what a 240sx is think its a skyline. Makes me laugh every time.

Cant wait to get something newer. Or maybe just powder coat them. Im not sure exactly what im looking for right now. They look pretty good im just not too big of a fan of black or gun metal color wheels.

Currently undergoing a TON of body work. Love it. Its come a long long way. Took it out last night after I finally got all the fiberglass body parts attached. Was a huge relief. Had people breaking necks the entire drive.

This weekend the car is going in for more body work and final prep for primer. Then the following Wednesday its getting painted white again. The current paint job was sooooo bad I have no idea how it every passed as a paint job. So many runs. Previous owner issues. JESUS H CHRIS T.

Cant wait to snap pics for you guys of the final product.

Hahaha glad you agree. Today had to run to oreillys for a new low beam. Lol and the kid who works there with his 240. Is like OOOOMMMMGGGGGGG!!!!! DDUDE IS THAT A FREAKING 70s GTR!?!?!?!?!?!,?!?!,!?!?!.... Uhhhh no it's a toyota man. Lol made my day. And last night some kids in their daddy's Audi. OMG SKYLINE!!!!. I'm ordering skyline badges for it .

I used to love the s chassis community when it was only guys who knew their shit properly modding them, and when you could buy a super clean one for around $2000. Now the shittiest of 240sx's sell for that much because of this whole "scene".

Just wait till people start jumping onto the celica bandwagon. You will sincerely want to go to each persons house and smack them upside the head for being so fucking stupid.

Yeah people are starting to climb on the old school bandwagon. I wish my buddy didn't trade his te27 corolla for a super clean s13 coupe. His corolla was 1 of a kind. I don't like that people are climbing all over j-tin and ruining it.

I liked em too. But had no lip. And being 15x7 didn't fit how I wanted. Pry going 15x9 rear. 15x8 front. Whatever new wheels I go with

Night just before she went in for surgery!!


Slamming out some body work on the driver side. Shaved the lame marker lights that are on the front fender and rear quarter panel (both sides)


Passenger side is about 90% done Just need to level out where we shaved the side marker lights that were basically just reflectors.


Removed the side sails. They were plated in some crappy chrome like wrap shit. Pulled em scuffed em. Cleaned em. And now they are jet black.

Wellllllll here we go everybody. Was supposed to make it out to a event today DRIFTCON...Couldnt make it due to we ran out of time. And we had to wait for the new paint to dry.

Painted flat white for this weekend as a base coat for the gloss white
