Do you mean how did I edit the pic? I used the "PhotoCollage" app for my iPhone.

I spent all day yesterday spinning my wheels trying to build the trunk setup I wanted. However, I didn't like the way it was turning out with the materials I was using. Due to time constraints, I'm going to stuff all the air parts into the spare tire well for now and I'll CAD up and water jet some brackets to do it right later in the summer. With the time crunch I'm on, getting everything done and functioning is the priority.

That will allow me to be more creative with my mounting setup for the finished product..... I'll post more progress at the end of the day today.

I've always loved the v6mistake, since I saw it on Focusfanatics back in the hay day. Now it's awesome to see you have a VIP build in the works. Will very much be keeping up with this thread!

Yesterday turned into a gong show. Spent most of the day hunting down some seemingly simple to find parts which become completely impossible to source local. I wasted almost seven hours driving around, trying to track down four things: a couple simple NPT fittings, carpeting, a 200amp ANL fuse, and the biggest head of what are apparently unicorn eggs here: some cylindrical isolator bushings! I despise this town for all the simple things that were so common to me before moving here.

Anyways, with yesterday a bust I got a buddy to come by and we got a lot done today. No pics but the trunk is pretty much done, just have to carpet everything and wire it up. The frame for the sub baffle is done and tomorrow the sub hole in the deck will get cut out, so it can be welded in and the new sub setup can be installed. I'll also be pressure testing the air tanks for leaks. My shop compressor runs at 175psi so if there are any leaks, it will be easier to sort out now then once the bags are in the car.

If all goes well tomorrow, I'll have the car on the hoist by days end so I can get the bags on the coilovers, the lines run and eveything plumbed.

I won't be making the Thursday evening deadline, which sucks, but I can still make the show on Sunday.

Started to make some good progress the last few days and the list is starting to get smaller.
Trunk air setup is basically done.
Trunk floor and walls are done, just need paint and carpet and can be installed once welding is done.
Sub baffle, surround and frame are all done. Just have to carpet the surround and modify the stock deck cover to fit.
Rear deck is cut and ready for the sub frame to be welded in.
Air lines are run to each corner, bulkheads are in and dump mufflers are installed
Suspension is out of the car, springs and top mounts removed, all cleaned up, SS leader lines are installed on the bags, just have to re-assemble the struts and toss them back in.

Tomorrow we weld in the baffle frame, run the power wire to the trunk, install the trunk setup, plumb and wire up the air, run height sensor harness and build/install the height sensors. Hopefully more but we'll see.

Least productive day ever.... But at least some progress! by ZX3Tuning, on Flickr

All wires run for quick connect/disconnect. Electric tank drain installed and ready for some novelty purges and keeping the tank moisture free. Sub baffle, baffle frame and surround all most finished. Might get the deck cut tonight. by ZX3Tuning, on Flickr

Lines run, everything installed on the board, just need to plumb and connect the wires. by ZX3Tuning, on Flickr

On the hoist and pulled the suspension! @timmy0tool this is what 1.5years of dailying looks like, and 30mins of cleaning yields! Shop is a mess right now! by ZX3Tuning, on Flickr

Stock deck => positioning new sub frame==> cutting ==> fitting new sub frame ===> the aftermath! IB sub! #fuckyeah by ZX3Tuning, on Flickr

                    Nice progress

Should do what I do and get some sexy stockings, cut the foot off and cover your coilovers top to bottom, no dust/hot legs

Works a treat man seriously lol. Would've preferred black but the missus didn't have spare. Here's mine hiked up then just slide it down to the lower mount point after adjustments and nothing gets dirty!

I used to do that with the original plasctic packaging mine came in. Just tywrap them around the shocks.

Hit a major road block last night and couldn't get the car finished in time to make the show today.
Otherwise, everything is basically done now, it's just the little finishing touches that always seem to eat up the most time.

Here are a few pics from yesterday...
