Over the last few days I've been sneaking into the garage at night while my wife overdoses on all her missed episodes of Dexter. This air setup will be hardlined on everything that is visible. I've never totally loved the vulnerability of hardline going into a PTC fitting and compression fittings don't have too many options as far as bulkheads, etc. So, I decided to try hardlining this car with AN fittings. Earls has some really nice black anodized nuts and sleeves, so I couldn't pass those up. Since I was going this route I decided to swap out my current Accuair VU4 manifold with a rare VU4 that is machined with all NPT ports rather than the PTC fittings. I also ordered some aluminum AN bungs that I will TIG weld into the tank so I can get all the ports exactly where I want them. While I wait for my new VU4 manifold I thought I would drop off all my fittings to get chromed along with a few other pieces from my Airlift compressor isolator kit:


I also installed my OEM side skirts...I don't 'love' them. But I will see if they grow on me.


And I finally sucked up the idea of this car going to SEMA, so I hit up a few manufacturers I've worked with in the past and they shipped me out some free product. Magnalow donated this full exhaust system. I wanted a dual exit/dual tip setup and they only offered that option for the S4, so that is what I ordered. Hopefully it will only be some minor mods to the front end of the exhaust and the rest will bolt up. [wrench]
