Been working on the car for the last couple of days, got good portion of engine bay sanded down, and polished the valve cover.
Also spent some time with ECU harness, got Mil spec connector for it Time to cut wires even more, excited about it, kind of lol

CHL TRTL DSM Zero Ground Resurection/WireTuck/BrakeLinesTuck

Purpose: To Fully Build A Car From The Ground Up

    Whats going on everyone!
This is my first build thread that I have ever done. I've been following many really great inspirational builds for quite some time, so I decided it was time to share my own creation and maybe inspire someone out there.
You can love it or you can **** it at the end of the day we all have a passion for cars that represents each individual and the cars that represent us.....

Criticism is welcome Now lets get it on with the build

I used to own a 99 Mitsu Eclipse RS that I had for 7 years and made it to look the way i wanted.

    First buy

The next 7 years of owning it, came a long way)

    Destroyed

The day came when I crashed it by my own stupidity. Engine got pushed back about 2 inches, snapped all engine mounts, cracked windshield, body got tweeked as well. Enjoying it by the way it drove and turned heads on streets made me want to get another one of this toys. My eyes were set on 97 Eclipse GST that I am currently working on to make panty dropper haha

I started switching parts to new car right away, cause I could not stand the way it looked and drove stock. Shocks were blown - felt like a boat. Driver side door would not open nor the window, had to use passenger side to get in the car. Liner was hanging and disgusting, threw it out right away looks, much better without it. Front bumper cracked, sides skirts missing.
I will shut up for right now and let the pictures speak for themselves

    Got rid of wiper fluid.

Changed ugly eBay tail lights to red

    Changed locks

    Changed doors

Whoever owned this car before me... did not take care of it whatsoever.
Threw away carpet and gave a good wash/clean

    Took wheels for powdercoat

Aaaand then she broke. THEY USUAL STATE OF DSM LOL
Previous owner didnt set the timing right: exhaust valves 3 teeth off and intake 2 teeth off, bent valves, piston rings are worn out, head was cut too many times and impossible to recondition, block has some leak stop chemical that it all over the block channels.

While she is down I decided to swap out grey interior with black, gave it a bath as well. Ripped out AC, Heater core, got rid off power steering, emissions, battery relocation, made quick bumper release to give it a bit of a vintage look

    New axles

    Mothers polish is so good

    Ordered some stuff
    ARP head studs
    Brian crower springs
    Punishment racing O2 housing
    3G lifters
    EGR block off plate
    Alternator relocation kit

Started on the engine harness and ECU harness

    Tree of life

    LIttle bit of engine bay

And I will leave this here till further changes

    More to come....
