the inspector i got was the biggest douchebag but yeah its ridiculous over here.

on another note my castor bushing has farked itself, so im currently on the hunt for a new one.

so i havent updated this in many many months. few things have gone down.

          firstly, i developed a misfire

so i gave the car the finger and this happened.

bought a bae of a daily

          bought it because found this

lord only knows how ym car didnt catch fire. quickly fixed it by cutting out wire by wire and sildering in new longer wires to tuck it away

decided fuck it! time to respray this slut

last picture in blue. rip purple blue thing

took sandpaper to it to attempt to fix the ripply as fuck rear quarter

have since given up on attempting to fix the rear quarters. as youll see soon.

          fixed my rippled c pillar

          primed

blocking (something i didnt do on the first respray)

1x blocked roof, with spots still to fix at the time

my general feeling towards all of this

          more primer

more dents to fix found through blocking

random pic i like of the mad front camber and poke with no fender #hektik

          primed the boot jamb

in this process i installed new castor rods, temporary cheapies to fix my retarded caster issue that im pretty sure is from a non straight chassis. had 8.5deg one side, 6 deg other side. gay.

while i was down there i found this on the drivers side wheel well. gay.

also installed a set of brand new d2 toe arms

good thing i did! because when i pulled out my stock toe arms

i dont remember slapping any curbs. so silly prev owners.

          also did this

bought type x rear pods and valance, as well as a dmax lip. took a bit of cutting to fit the middle valance, but i think it was worth it.

while the doors were off the car i decided to swap out the hinge bushing. the new ones i got i dont have a picture of, but they were at least 2mm thick on the walls of the bushing. this is what i pulled out of the doors.

doors now make that sweet sweet click sound as you close them with 0 effort. and they dont scratch the shit out of my skirts!

now running with the theme of finding things that should have been replaced, i pulled out my mushroom filter so i could get at my headlight wiring to redo it, and well...

          turbo was hungry.

now the headlight wiring was a fuckaround i had to do when i first got the car, coz some idiot had decided to cut off the loom as small as they possibly could. thus when i did it the first time, it took so long that i cbfed hard and left it all like this.

and the finished result after cleaning up the soldered connections was this

then i had a nice big box arrive.

and fitted. fat as fuck. 20mm spacers are on the way from gktech and will put the final rear wheel specs at x9.5 -5 ET. purely because i really like these wheels and cbf buying new ones atm.

finally all my bits loosely draped on the car. not a single bolt on anything and car is still on a brick under this wheel. but im stoked with how its turned out. will look much better once its all buttoned up.

swapped over my front bar to a nismo one and got her painted up. fits wicked.
car is absolutely filthy in this picture. still needs to be buffed too.

also finally got my fitment on point.
