this is so awesome it isn't even funny anymore. i've always dreamed about building my own car and bike (caferacer tho) from the ground up and learn everything myself. you just showed me it's possible as long as you work hard for it.

judging from your bobber and the '02, i have no doubt that Chevy will be amazing as well,

i shouldn't be daily driving this:

I am loving the bike and cars and every damn thing.

I want those handlebars. I have an actual moped that needs them badly.

Thanks everyone! Bed wood is in the cards love seeing the other projects and 99sil-teg rad man I will have to check it out.

The handle bars are still in the works, just trying to get a powder coat setup for them.

Feels a lot like the 02 already.... rust....rust...rust. Hopefully I will have all this stripped and back on this weekend. Lots of new parts on the way.

Searched for like a year on/off for one in this shape/price. I agree the rust is minimal and just surface, which is life changing. Welding in new rockers and a few spots on the doors, but the rest is clean. Basically bought it for the frame, cab and clean title.

Just checked yours out and man that's a lot of rust. Are you sticking with the wood? Easily one of my favorite parts of the c10s.

Here is a photo of the original C10 right before I sold it. Basically going to try to clone a majority of it.

My truck is sitting in the same position, Midwest trucks suck big time though...

Activity is not on my list of activities.

Welded the seams up on the trailing arms and did a lot of cleaning yesterday. Goal is to be able to do truck like things in it... such as jumping intersections and urban street shredding. Oh and the occasional moto trip.

CBURKE- in time maybe, but for now it's going to have to serve its purpose of hauling shit and doing whatever the other cars can not. The springs will put it two inches lower and with the right set of wheels it will be nice and aggressive.

Little more progress today. Just need to put my final coat of paint on the frame and start reassembling.

the middle bar is tilted from the factory, the frame is not bent. It got me at first.

Spring mounts and fuel tank mounts with some metallic. It's all about the little details.

You know what... I think at this point I would probably turn gay for you.
Just so I could get birthday presents in the form of ridiculously amazing parts.
