    • Zip ties solve all problems.

Also duct tape, but mostly zip ties.

Hope you solve the coilover issues without too much hassle tho. Best of luck to you.

        • Import Alliance was an absolute blast. I'm so glad we made the trip up there. My bag setup had a melt down on saturday night, when I would air up one corner (rear drivers side) would instantly dump. Checked the lines, leader lines, checked the bag for leaks with no luck. A friend showed up and we pulled his VU4 and replaced it with mine to see if a valve was stuck, which wasn't the case in the VU4. After an hour of tracking down the problem, it turns out it was my exhaust dump setup. I'm not sure how it failed but it did and the "solution" to get home was to run at hose from exhaust to exhaust and not be able to air down until I got home. It worked good getting it home but need to figure out how to fix it.

Was able to park in the showcase lot, and everyone absolutely loved the patriot.

The garage picture, we had about 30 people watching us fix this, and a good 5 people actually helping.

That's bizarre. There's nothing aft of the VU4 that should be able to cause a single corner to dump like that. Sounds electrical to me.

Something is definitely Funky. When I give power RI the system my right rear bag instantly starts to inflate and the 200psi cut off isn't working. It keeps pumping and you can hear the safety valve blow.

              • Disconnect the pressure switch for now, it sounds like something's up with it. You can replace it with a SPST for the time being, or just connect the wires together until you reach 200 psi, then disconnect. If that all works as it should, then a new pressure switch should solve that issue.

This is why I'm so insistent that people run safety valves, in spite of the fact that nearly no one includes safety valves in their kits.

                • I think I'll place an order for the switchspeed one just to plug it in and forget about it rather than having these two wire run leads, plus I gain those two useless features!

That safety valve has proving to be very handy. since we had my system unplugged, (my tank drain is wired into the power system run of wire) we couldn't turn it on to drain the pressure. We actually had to pop the valve to release enough air to unplug the PTCs.

                  • Spoke to Accuair today, they think something got damaged with my ECU/USB cable/Remote. They are sending me a new one of all 3, I had to pay $40 for the cable, but everything else is free as long as I return the old one in reasonable time. I also ordered the switchspeed pressure switch and exhaust mufflers. Hopefully all of this will make this work properly.

I'm about to rip it all out and sell it all and go back to coilovers I'm so frustrated.

                    • Joy all around today. My coilovers up front blew up and got mangled. Needless to say I've had enough of this bag setup and am pulling the jeep off the road to really push it. Hopefully finding a daily in the next week or so and can really start making some headway with the Jeep. Going back to static and going to just go balls out and really make sure nobody is going to get near where I'm at.

Body work andshaving, one off coils, more camber, new headlight build, and a few other goodies are about to happen.

I'm trying to make the best of every problem, so here I go.

That really sucks, man. You've had way too many things go wrong lately.

                              • Change of plans, I've decided to part out the entire build and start fresh on another car. I'm over this build, and I cant imagine dealing with these issues for the next few years as much as the past 7 weeks have been.
