After 10 hours of fabrication, (thank you jeep for annoying design not planning for aftermarket) I now have slidable, corbeau seats!

I spy corbeau seats! Our excitement is because I haven't been able to sit in my jeep comfortably for 6 months now and finally got the funds to pick them up. Time to have some rails fabbed up.

Sorry for the lack of updates, I've just been working on things as I get time. Had a blast at simply clean 6 and am starting to prepare for ILDS winterfest!

Finally got around to rebuilding my headlights, fixed all the broken adjusters that the original retrofitter had broken, installed new XB moto rings since my wiring was cut up, and got all the wiring redone to the switches so they actually function!


SSR finally restocked their licence plate frames, so I picked one up to represent them and you can also get a laugh at my plate.

Just some minor updates, had some major setbacks with big purchases.

Switches are in, wiring will be done towards the end of this week!


Was having some problems with my headlights, people cut some wiring to them, led rings had a few dead bulbs, and the adjuster on the driver side broke and was aimed at the ground. Split them open to address all the problems. I was a nervous wreck, it's always sketchy opening up someone else's work, you'll never know what you find.

Had a blast out at V2lab Mystery Meat, and came home and got to work on my switches. Got them mounted up and installed, just need to work on the wiring this week and get that all taken care of.

I've already tried it. I found out there are 6 riv nuts that stick out about 1/4 of an inch and it looked really bad and I wasn't prepared to pay someone a ton of money to shave them just yet.

Thank you. The SSRs I was skeptical when I first picked them up. The've really grown on me and the new color is fantastic. Eventually I'll rebuild them for huge lips but I've got some other things to take care of first.
